We are proud to announce another important step forward in the development of our coaching staff through the Erasmus+ programme!
We are delighted to share that our new project, titled:
“Empowering Coaches, Transforming Lives: Strengthening Inclusive Football Training” 🚀
has officially begun.
The project is being implemented in cooperation with the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes within the framework of Erasmus+. Its main objective is to further enhance the professional development of our coaches according to the highest standards, while promoting the exchange of knowledge and experience with European partners 🤝
As part of the sports staff mobility programme, our coaches had the opportunity to spend valuable time in Italy for professional development 🇮🇹
🔹 Vlado Babić took part in a job shadowing programme, observing Italian experts first-hand and gaining insight into their methods and daily practice.
🔹 Goran Njegić successfully completed his coaching assignment, sharing knowledge and leading training sessions on the pitch ⚽
🤝 We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our host club, AC Perugia Calcio, for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and cooperation throughout the project.
The knowledge and experience our coaches bring back to the club are of great value for the continued development of our players and the entire football academy ❤️🔴⚪️
