PROJEKT – Empowering Coaches, Transforming Lives: Strengthening Inclusive Football Training

Dear parents and children,

We are proud to inform you that the RNK SPLIT 1912 Project 2025-1-HR01-KA182-SPO-000299646 entitled Empowering Coaches, Transforming Lives: Strengthening Inclusive Football Training through the ERASMUS+ program and the Agency for Mobility and Programs of the European Union has been accepted., and a contract was signed with the aim of further training the Club’s coaching staff according to the highest professional standards.

The project has planned three on-the-job coaching activities and one coaching assignment, and the aim of these activities is to provide participants – our coaches – with first-hand experience in inclusive football coaching by observing and interacting with experienced professionals in a European host organization. Participants will observe training sessions, learn about specialized coaching methodologies and participate in discussions with local experts. They will explore best practices in modifying drills, using inclusive communication strategies and creating adaptive training sessions.

The coaching assignment will allow one of our coaches to actively engage in inclusive training at a European host club, applying and refining newly acquired skills in a real-world setting. It involves coaching athletes with special needs under the guidance of experienced mentors. They will be involved in delivering tailored training sessions, providing individual support to athletes and collaborating with local coaches – all under the guidance of experienced colleagues in this specific field.

We believe that with these activities we will further enrich and train our coaching staff for daily work with the members of our Club.
